Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your items back into their original compostable packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels remain attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
